Draft. This notice has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Do not launch on it as it is.

The short version

You can read any page here without an account and without being tracked across the web. If you create a link, the question you typed becomes public. If you sign in, we store your email.

What we collect

Questions and answers. A question you submit is stored and published as a page, together with the answer. Do not put anything private in a question — yours or anyone else's.

Your IP address, as a hash. To keep the free limit honest we need to tell visitors apart. The raw address is never stored: we keep sha256(address + secret + date), and the record expires after 48 hours. The hash cannot be reversed into an address, and it changes daily.

Your email, if you sign in. Used to log you in and to link a payment to your account. Sign-in is by one-time code; we never store a password.

Payments. Handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details — only the invoice identifier, the amount, and the status.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of you across other sites.

Who else sees your question

The text of your question is sent to the model provider through OpenRouter so it can be answered. That means it leaves our servers and is processed by companies outside the EU. Do not submit anything you would not want a third party to process.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@aisked.chat and we will answer within 30 days.

Deleting your account removes your account, your balance, and your unpublished drafts. Pages that are already public may remain public; if you want a specific page taken down, use the report form.

Cookies

We set only what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember your choices. Anything optional — analytics — is off until you agree to it, and you can say no without losing access to anything.
